Scott has more than 14 years of experience in both the shopping trolley
collection and commercial cleaning sectors. His main role is to oversee the
management and supervision teams and ensure the smooth day-to-day running
of both service divisions.
Operations Manager Trolleys – Ubbi Bhasin
With over 11 years of experience in trolley collection services, Ubbi has a strong
hands-on approach, ensuring all trolley collection clients are receiving
consistently good reliable service every day and his very regular contact with all
clients are second to none.
Business Development Manager / Strategist – Alex Smith
With a comprehensive 24 years of experience in the commercial cleaning service
industry, Alex has worked with some of the largest commercial cleaning
companies in management roles, as well as being a well-respected independent
industry consultant. His prime responsibilities are to ensure business growth,
whilst very importantly ensuring that AISM continues to move in the right direction.
Operations Manager Cleaning – Gary Dubb
Garry is always very proactive in ensuring that the cleaning of day-to-day
operations are meeting the clients’ high expectations and with over 9 years
experience and knowledge as a cleaning manager & supervisor, he ensures great
results for every client.
Quality Assurance Manager – Natasha Kumar
Natasha is our very valuable quality auditor, with more than 8 years’ experience, as well as looking after WHS compliance. She very regularly attends each site to ensure quality and safety standards are being met.
Accounts/admin – Ritu Sharma
Rita is our accounts/admin queen and is responsible for all the invoicing, payroll,
but most importantly all admin requirements, which allow all managers and
supervisors to be very hands-on at all our clients’ sites.
Supervisor / Trainer – Dejarn Dwall
‘Dj’ is a very hands-on supervisor and trainer who looks after cleaning and
ensures that all client sites are performing well, conducting multiple inspections
each day and keeping all staff to high standards.
Supervisor / Trainer – Wayne Kernahan
Otherwise known as ‘the man’, Wayne is always great with all cleaning site clients,
as through his proactive approach and consistently good standards, he quickly
gains their trust in him and AISM.
